The hotel and pool looked really nice. Is this where the flight crews stay? The people look really friendly, but I wouldn't want to drive there. It looked like the rainy season. You guys look cute all over the world. I'm glad you didn't eat the fruit even though it looked good.

Our Ratings:
Overall:

More interesting and exotic than adventurous and exciting. India is a fascinating and enjoyable country which has a small upper-class and a large lower-class with no middle class.
Activities:

Backwater cruise, history, and limited shopping. Not a lot of to choose from, but they're enjoyable.

Challenge:

Lots of poverty, strong and befuddling culture, and lots of people.

Food:

South India is known for SPICY food. Exercise extreme caution!

Lodging:

The Le Meridien is one of the best hotels we've been in.

Fun:

A great place to visit... but after a few days, you might be ready to go.
