See the Pyramids then get the hell out.
Activities:

Play “dodge the touts” every 4 seconds. The Pyramids are awesome. Uh, did I mention the Pyramids?

Challenge:

If you like being followed around everywhere you go by Egyptians asking you for baksheesh (cash), then yeah, it ain't challenging. Khan al Khalili wiped us out. Driving was ugly. Real ugly.

Food:

There’s not a damn thing to eat in this town. Seriously. Plus, we got food poisoning.

Lodging:

There are about 12 Sheratons in town. Pick one of those. Pretty cheap place to stay. We had a view of the Pyramids, that was cool.

Fun:

I mean, you gotta see the pyramids, but don’t stay long. Maybe go to Sharm el Sheik instead. I hear that’s nice. Khan al Khalili will test even the most intrepid travelers.
